California Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist

Nourish the part of you
that no one else sees.

The bravest thing
you can do is ask for help.

For anyone carrying the quiet weight of modern life, for the ones who sense that there is more — more clarity, more freedom, more of themselves — and for those that are willing to be brave enough to go looking for it.

Just as we go to the gym to build physical strength, therapy is the intentional, ongoing practice of building inner strength. It isn't a sign that something is broken — it's a brave commitment to becoming more fully yourself. Sometimes that bravery looks like boldness. Sometimes it looks like quietly deciding, despite the fear, to try anyway. Both count. Both are welcome here.

Whether you are navigating a major life transition, working through anxiety or depression, untangling relational patterns, or simply sensing that something needs to change, I bring both clinical depth and genuine human curiosity to the work.

For the past 16 years, I have had the privilege of sitting with people at their most honest — in private practices, group clinics, schools, and youth programs, across communities and across generations. I chose this deliberately. By working with such a wide range of individuals and settings, I was able to do something that a single-track career rarely allows: to truly understand the systems that shape us — the families, cultures, institutions, and lived experiences that quietly author who we become. That understanding is at the heart of everything I do. My approach is multidisciplinary and multi-systemic, which simply means I see you as a whole person, not a diagnosis or a presenting problem.

This is not a space for judgment. It is a space where you are finally allowed to take up room — and where the real work of becoming more fully yourself can begin.

Whether the path runs through psychotherapy or coaching, the destination is the same: a life that feels genuinely yours. One where you are not performing, not shrinking, not surviving — but truly living.

You deserve someone who shows up for you completely and that is what I am here to do.

I feel seen and heard when I’m with Kale. As a woman of color, it’s important for me to have a therapist who can approach my specific needs with a multicultural lens and understanding. She understands the importance of cultural implications to one's mental health and is respectful in her responses. She has guided me into a better future where I can slow my negative thoughts patterns down and combat them with real, sustancial evidence. Kale has worked effortlessly by my side to get me to a happier, healthier state of mind. I am grateful to Kale and the guidance she has given me."
