What We Work Through Together

I am an integrative therapist and don’t believe that one solution works for all clients. Each client comes to me with a unique history, set of goals and motivation and it is my job as the therapist to assess and meet the client where they are for the most successful outcome.

    Systems Based Psychotherapy

    Price: $200/hour

    ### Good for:

Anxiety, depression, identity, life transitions, relationship patterns, trauma, self-worth.

You don't exist in isolation. You are shaped by the relationships, experiences, and environments that have surrounded you throughout your life. Systems Based Psychotherapy looks at you in the context of those systems — family, culture, work, identity — to help you understand patterns, untangle pain, and build a life that feels authentically yours.

This is deep, meaningful work. The kind that doesn't just help you cope — it helps you change.

  • Person sitting on a sofa with clasped hands resting on their lap, wearing a beige sweater and blue jeans, in a cozy living room.

    Life Coaching for Individuals

    Price: $200/hour

    ### Good for:

Career transitions, personal goals, confidence, clarity, work-life balance, building momentum.

Sometimes you don't need to look back — you need to move forward. Life Coaching is a goal-oriented, action-focused partnership designed to help you get clear on what you want, remove the blocks standing in your way, and build the habits and mindset to get there.

Think of it as having a thinking partner who believes in your potential as much as you do — and holds you accountable to it.

  • A group of young women in ballet attire sitting in a circle, some smiling, one looking down with a hand on her forehead, in a bright dance studio with large windows.

    Mindset Training for Elite Dancers

    Price: $200/hour

    ### Who this is for:

    Who this is for:

    Pre-professional and conservatoire dancers

Company dancers at any career stage

Competitive dancers preparing for auditions or exams

Dance educators navigating the pressure of the profession

Dancers in transition — returning from injury or stepping away from performance

Dance at the highest level demands everything — technically, physically, and psychologically. Yet the mental side of performance is rarely trained with the same rigour as the body. That changes here.

This specialty offering is designed specifically for elite and pre-professional dancers who want to close the gap between what they are capable of physically and what they are able to access under pressure. Drawing on performance psychology, somatic awareness, and therapeutic insight, we work on the inner game that determines whether you truly shine when it matters most.

Because the difference between a good performance and an unforgettable one is rarely in the feet. It's in the mind.

    ### We work on:

    Performance anxiety and stage nerves

    Self-criticism and perfectionism

    Audition mindset and mental preparation

    Confidence and self-belief under pressure

Recovering from injury — physically and psychologically

Body image and identity as a dancer

Burnout, sustainability, and longevity in dance

The emotional weight of competition and rejection

    Couples Therapy

    Price: $225/hour

    ### Good for:

Communication breakdown, conflict, trust and infidelity, life transitions, intimacy, pre-marital preparation.

Every relationship hits seasons of difficulty. That doesn't mean something is wrong — it means you're human. Couples Therapy creates a safe, neutral space where both of you can be heard, where old patterns can be named, and where a new way of connecting can be built together.

Whether you're navigating conflict, rebuilding trust, or simply wanting to grow closer, this is a space for your relationship to breathe.

  • A diverse family group: an older man, a woman, and a younger man, all smiling and hugging in a bright indoor setting.

    Family Therapy

    Price: $225/hour

    ### Good for:

Parent-child conflict, blended families, grief, behavioural challenges, communication, major life changes.

Families are complex systems — full of love, history, unspoken rules, and sometimes pain. Family Therapy brings the whole picture into the room, helping families communicate more honestly, understand each other more deeply, and heal the ruptures that distance can create.

No one is the problem. The patterns are the problem — and patterns can change.

  • A woman with dark curly hair, wearing a light blue blazer over a black top, smiling at the camera against a beige background.

    Executive Coaching

    Price: $225/hour

    ### Good for:

Senior leaders, founders, executives in transition, high-potential talent, leadership teams.

Leadership is one of the most demanding inner jobs there is. Executive Coaching is a confidential, high-trust partnership for leaders who want to perform at their best — not just professionally, but as whole human beings.

We work on the stuff that doesn't make it into the boardroom: emotional intelligence, decision-making under pressure, managing relationships, navigating power, and leading with integrity.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • I am not only a therapist — I am also a coach. That means I don't just hold space for your pain; I actively work alongside you. When I sit with you, I am not reading from a script. I am drawing from a full life, a curious mind, and a genuine investment in your wellbeing.

My style is warm and direct, and over the years my clients have told me that combination has been both helpful and, honestly, a little refreshing. I won't leave you sitting in silence waiting for the answer to emerge. I will be present, engaged, and honest with you — because that is what real growth requires.

  • Absolutely! You don't need to have everything figured out before you walk through the door. You don't need to know exactly what's wrong or have the right words for it. What I ask for is something simpler and, in many ways, far more courageous: a genuine willingness to show up, to be curious about yourself, and to do the work collaboratively.

All I ask is that you show up. I will meet you the rest of the way.
